Hey guys!
So there is an untouched topic that I spent some time prepping for:
What structure do you prefer for taking your breaks? What are your plans for step, and how do you think you will section the breaks between blocks?
Will you bring food, coffee, RedBull, music, a book, notes?
I did:
2 blocks; 2 min transition between 1 and 2 (looked at the wall)
break: snickers and coffee, also did 25 air squats to move around a little
2 blocks; 2 min transition between 1 and 2 (looked at the wall)
break: 1/2 sandwich and coffee, also did 25 air squats to move around a little
1 block; 2 min transition between 1 and 2 (looked at the wall)
Break: snickers and water, also did 25 air squats to move around a little
1 block; 2 min transition between 1 and 2 (looked at the wall)
Break: RedBull and apples, also did 25 air squats to move around a little
1 block; 2 min transition between 1 and 2 (looked at the wall)
Strange, but I felt pretty sharp through the test.
I hope the amount I have stared into the abyss during medical school shines through hahahaha
Somewhere in the abyss is supreme revelation.. Well, that’s what I tell myself lol
